They are a Romanian rock band formed in 1997. The name of this band speaks of a tradition in Romania, back from the time the territory of the country was inhabited by the Dacian people. In translation, it means vineyard- and inhabitants of these territories have always had a soft spot for wine.
They released their first album ‘Rahova’ under the label ‘Zone Records’ in 1997, which subsequently led them to take part in the Hollywood Rock Tour.
In 1999 they then released their second album ‘Phenomental’ which made big waves throughout the Romania rock market. Moreover, in 2000 they released a music video for the song ‘Vino La Mine’ and received the Otto award for best band.
